STRAVIK Construction Group

ABOUT

More than structures.

We build lasting value through people, discipline and execution.

WHO WE ARE

Three decades of building. One standard.

STRAVIK Construction Group is a Florida construction company headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens and led by President Michael Gaya, a construction executive with more than 30 years of leadership across the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia.

STRAVIK was built on a career spent delivering some of the most demanding work in the industry: high-rise and mixed-use towers, live-operation mall redevelopments, luxury hospitality, structural steel retrofits, ultra-luxury residences and federal disaster recovery. We bring that experience to every commercial, industrial and residential project, along with the owner-side, contractor-side and field perspectives that come with it.

Our mission: to deliver projects that are safe, on schedule, on budget and built to last, and to earn the trust that brings clients back.

LEADERSHIP

Michael Gaya, President.

Michael has spent more than 30 years leading construction from preconstruction through closeout: contracts, procurement, cost and schedule control, design coordination, quality, safety and turnover. He has worked as a project manager, senior project manager, procurement manager, director of operations and project executive for owners, developers and contractors including AECOM, STRABAG and Majid Al Futtaim.

His career spans twin high-rise towers in Riga, high-rise and shopping-center developments in Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia, the $1.9B Crescent Development in Baku, and Mall of the Emirates and Ski Dubai in the UAE. It also includes the expansion of The Avenues in Kuwait hurricane reconstruction across the U.S. Virgin Islands after Irma and Maria, and federal recovery at Tyndall Air Force Base after Hurricane Michael. In Florida, he served six years as Executive Director and Director of Construction at Magnum Construction Services, now a STRAVIK company. He grew its annual construction volume from $10M to $80M.

U.S. Virgin Islands

Hurricane Irma & Maria recovery

Director of Operations for recovery programs after Hurricanes Irma and Maria, with 11 temporary schools across St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix. He moved materials in on 11 cargo ships and 7 cargo aircraft while about 90% of critical port infrastructure was down.

Florida · Tyndall AFB

Hurricane Michael federal recovery

As Director of Federal Disaster Recovery & Construction Operations, he directed a multi-building recovery program at Tyndall Air Force Base after Hurricane Michael, under a direct contract with KBR. Working on an active U.S. Air Force installation with the required security clearance, he restored hurricane-damaged administrative, operations, training, maintenance, communications and utility facilities. The work covered demolition, structural repair, roofing, building envelopes, interiors, MEP and site work.

UAE & Kuwait

Retail, hospitality & entertainment

Senior Project Manager on a $1.8B+ portfolio: the $272M+ Mall of the Emirates expansion and the $100.2M Kempinski refurbishment, both delivered while the buildings stayed open. The portfolio also covered the Ski Dubai structural steel retrofit and The Avenues expansion.

Azerbaijan

City-scale mixed-use

Senior Project Manager and Procurement Manager with STRABAG on the $1.9B Crescent Development in Baku. He led tendering, procurement and infrastructure planning, and helped set up a construction camp for 20,000 people.

Latvia & Ukraine

High-rise construction

Directed structure and grey-box work with AECOM on the $250M Z-Towers twin high-rise in Riga. He also improved floor-cycle sequencing with Lean Construction methods on the Sky Towers high-rise in Kyiv and City Mall in Zaporizhzhia.

HOW WE PARTNER

Your partner from day one.

We work alongside owners, developers, architects and general contractors as an extension of their team, not a vendor at the end of the line.

01

Early involvement

We engage in preconstruction to test constructability, refine scope and protect the budget before design is locked.

02

Transparent cost

Open-book estimates, clear assumptions and no surprises. You see how every number is built.

03

Collaborative scheduling

Schedules built with your design team and trade partners, tracked weekly and adjusted early, not after the fact.

04

Single point of accountability

One team, one contract and one line of responsibility across structure, site and building.

05

Long-term relationships

We measure success by whether you call us for the next project. We build for the relationship, not the transaction.

CORE VALUES

People. Discipline. Structure. Results.

01

People

Projects are built by people, so we hire for ownership and character, then invest in training. Everyone on our sites goes home safe.

02

Discipline

We follow documented processes for planning, safety and quality on every job, every day, with no shortcuts.

03

Structure

Clear roles, controlled documents and defined decision paths keep complex projects organized and predictable.

04

Results

We are judged by what we deliver: a quality building, on schedule and on budget, that performs for decades.

SAFETY

Everyone goes home safe.

Our health and safety program is planned, trained and enforced on every site. It is aligned with ISO 45001 practices and OSHA requirements.

QUALITY & ENVIRONMENT

Controlled, documented, verified.

Our quality and environmental management systems are aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. That covers inspection and test plans, document control and continuous improvement.

EXECUTION

Owner-side discipline.

We validate budgets with zero-assumption estimating, close scope gaps before buyout and run inspection-driven delivery, so owner capital stays protected.

Let’s build stronger.
